The Skelton House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, beach house located second row in Litchfield Beach. The house is setup with two bedrooms and one bath on each side, with the living room, kitchen and sunroom separating the sleeping areas. This layout is perfect for multiple families who enjoy vacationing together, but also enjoy their privacy!
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or the sounds of the ocean on warm summer nights, rocking in your chair on the large screened-in front porch. The house includes an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Enjoy cooking in the fully functional kitchen. There are flat screen tv’s in all the bedrooms, sunroom, and living room. The house features ample parking, with two carports (that can fit two cars per side) and a large concrete parking pad in the front (perfect for grilling).
The house has public boardwalk access to the beach less than 100ft from the front of the property. The house is only a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer, making this is the perfect charmer for your family vacation or golf getaway.
