Built in the 50s, space is limited in bedrooms and bathrooms – but the basics are covered and character abounds throughout this quaint vintage home. Classic bead-board and cypress paneling, rustic hardwood floors and locally inspired artwork are featured in every room. From the back, a large comfortably furnished covered deck with step-down to sundeck overlooks the canal with a private fixed dock. In the front, the kitchen, dining area and porch enjoy beautiful saltmarsh creek views. Ample parking for small boat trailer. Public boat launch nearby. Spacious ground floor has internal stairwell. DOG FRIENDLY: This dog friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. The back yard is fenced in with the exception of the canal side. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog and are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee at the time of booking . Maximum 2 dogs.
